Yes! Feel free to bring your own food and drinks. However, we kindly ask that you avoid strong-smelling items to keep the room fresh for the next guest.
We also offer complimentary free-flow snacks and drinks at our self-serve pantry, so don’t forget to help yourself during your booking!
No overnight stays. Each booking has a minimum of 3 hours, with the latest check-out time shown during booking.
We do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, you may reschedule your booking up to five (5) days before your session, subject to availability and any applicable rescheduling fees. To request a change, please contact us [HERE](hello@round2.sg).
Your session will end at the scheduled time, regardless of late arrival.
We do not offer extensions for lost time, so please ensure you arrive at least 5-10 minutes early to avoid any disruption to the next guests' booking.
Yes, we do accept cash and welcome walk-ins!
However, please note that availability is not guaranteed, as we give priority to confirmed bookings.

Absolutely! We offer full-venue bookings for both corporate and personal events (team retreats, birthdays, private celebrations, etc.).

No, our private rooms are completely CCTV-free to respect your privacy. For safety, cameras are only placed in shared or common areas.
Our private entertainment rooms are designed to be suitable for all ages. However, certain games or themed experiences may have age restrictions or recommendations based on content and safety guidelines. Our team will be happy to guide you on age-appropriate activities for your group. For any guests who are under the legal age, a guardian would be required to enter the premises.
