These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, access, and use of private entertainment rooms operated under the brand name Round2, a business of Dont Tell Dad Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202526445E) ("we," "our," or "us"). By placing a booking, making payment, or using our facilities, you (“you” or “the customer”) agree to the following:

 

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions.
Upon making a booking by payment, regardless of platform, channel, or method of communication through which the booking is made, and regardless of the payment method used, for any services provided under the trade name “Round2”, which is operated by and held under DontTellDad Pte. Ltd., the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to review these Terms shall not exempt any customer or guest from compliance.

If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our service(s).

2. Booking and Reservations 

2.1. Reservations are subject to availability and handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
2.2. Guests under the age of eighteen (18) are permitted to enter the premises only if accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian aged twenty-one (21) years or above.

Where a booking is made for or includes a guest under eighteen (18) without the physical presence of a parent or legal guardian, the individual making the booking represents and warrants that valid parental or legal guardian consent has been obtained prior to entry.

Round2 shall not be responsible for verifying such consent and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or incident involving minors arising from the absence of supervision or misrepresentation of consent.

Any breach of this clause may result in denial of entry or termination of the session without refund.

2.3. Full prepayment is required to confirm a booking. Round2 does not hold or confirm reservations without full prepayment.
2.4. You may reschedule a booking up to five (5) days before the session, subject to availability and applicable rescheduling fees.
2.5. Bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated under promotional terms or due to extraordinary legal circumstances.
2.6. Round2 reserves the right to cancel any booking found to be in violation of our policies, including but not limited to misuse of promotional offers or suspicious booking behavior.

3. Use of Facilities 

3.1. Our spaces are intended for entertainment and social use only. Commercial use or inappropriate conduct is strictly prohibited.
3.2. All guests are expected to maintain respectful, calm, and considerate behavior at all times. Any form of disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate conduct deemed by Round2, (including shouting, verbal altercations, or physical fighting, etc.) will result in termination(s) of session(s).

3.3. Guests are expected to treat the venue, equipment, and overall environment with care. Guests are fully responsible for any damage to or loss of property, equipment, or furnishings during their session. Round2 reserves the right to compensation for repairs, replacements, or cleaning resulting from misuse or negligence.
3.4. Smoking, illegal substances, unauthorized alcohol, and prohibited conduct such as gambling, sexual activity, or any other unlawful behavior are strictly forbidden on the premises and will be referred to the authorities.
3.5. Round2 reserves the right to restrict entry or terminate a session at any time for safety concerns, misconduct, or violation of house rules.
3.6. Reporting and Cooperation
Round2 reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the event of suspected illegal conduct. If deemed necessary, access to our premises may be withdrawn without refund.

 

4. Safety and Responsibility 

4.1. Guests access and use our facilities entirely at their own risk. While we take reasonable steps to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, Round2 shall not be held liable for any injuries, health-related issues, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your visit, except where such loss or injury is caused by proven negligence directly attributable to Round2.
4.2. You are responsible for your own conduct and safety.
4.3. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Round2 from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the venue or the actions, omissions, or conduct of any guest under your booking.

4.4. You acknowledge that the premises include features such as stairs, changes in floor level, dimmed or ambient lighting, and entertainment equipment. You voluntarily assume all ordinary risks associated with such features and agree to exercise reasonable care at all times.

 

5. Respect and Conduct Toward Staff and Guests

5.1. Round2 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior directed at staff or other patrons.
5.2. Round2 reserves the right to restrict entry or terminate a session at any time for such behavior deemed by Round2.

 

6. Payment and Pricing 

6.1. Prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD), inclusive of prevailing GST, and are subject to change without prior notice.

6.2. Additional fees apply for extended sessions, service add-ons, or damage-related charges.

 

7. Proof of Booking and Entry 

7.1. Customers may be required to present a valid booking confirmation and government-issued ID upon arrival. This is to ensure the security of all guests, adherence to our booking policies, and prevent impersonation or unauthorized entry.

7.2. Entry may be denied without refund if the booking or identity cannot be verified, or if the information provided during booking does not match upon arrival.

 

8. Emergencies and Safety Protocols 

8.1. In the event of emergencies, including but not limited to fire, medical incidents, power outages, or law enforcement activity, guests are expected to comply with all safety protocols and instructions provided by Round2 personnel. This is to ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals on the premises.

8.2. Round2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any session if an emergency arises or if continued use of the facility poses a safety risk.

8.3. Emergency exits and safety equipment must not be tampered with or obstructed. Any misuse may result in removal from the premises, liability for damages, or referral to authorities.

8.4. While we take reasonable steps to manage risks and ensure safety, Round2 shall not be held liable for disruptions, damages, or losses resulting from emergency events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Data and Privacy 

9.1. We collect and manage customer data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
9.2. By using our services, you agree to the use of your personal data for booking, operational, and communication purposes. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

10. Amendments, Closure, and No Admission of Liability 

10.1. Round2 may revise these Terms at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
10.2. In the event of venue closure or booking disruptions, confirmed bookings will be refunded or rescheduled as appropriate.
Any goodwill gesture, assistance, or communication by Round2 shall not constitute an admission of liability or fault.

 

11. Legal Jurisdiction 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Singaporean courts.
